• THE PAYMENT •
I accept payment via Paypal. 50% of the final price will be paid advance when accepting the commission by signing the quotation. The remaining 50% will be paid right before delivering the final piece. Only after that, I will send the customer, the completed commission with an invoice.For the payment, I will send the customer a PayPal link each time a payment is required.

• COPYRIGHT •
If the commissioned piece is intended for personnal use, I, the artist, retain full and exclusive rights on the original artwork. The client may not and should not claim it as their own or use it for anything other than personal use. If the client wants to post it on any social media (with no commercial use intented), credit is required in order to use the artwork.
If the commissioned piece is intended for commercial use, the client needs to purchase the commercial rights in order to use the artwork. The commercial rights will be up to 200% of the commission original price. Buying commercial rights allows you to make merch with the artwork, like books, covers, use it as Props, change it to your liking and promote your own brand with it. Credit is still required for usage of the arwork.

• WORK FLOW •
Before begging anything, I will ask the client questions about the commission and any references I may need to create the artwork. Any change in the design must be requested during the sketch stage, once the sketch is approved by client additional changes will cost extra (color not included in the extra).
I will send work in progress at every stages of the project (sketch, lineart, flat colors, grayscale shadow, first render, last details/FX and last render), but the clients can ask for more WIPs in between stages. Every WIPs will always carry a watermark and will be rendered in low resolution.

• REPOSTING •
The client has the permission to repost the artwork on every social media and/or website they would like, as long as proper credit is given. It implies link to external website (Artstation, this website ...) and/or tagging (Instagram ...) and my signature needs to remains unaltered and readable. I, the artist, have the right to share the artwork on my social networks and portfolio. The client can choose whatever they want to be tagged or not on the post.
